    Hi, thank you for sharing this video. I'm having a issue with getting notifications and the Zoho user interface Pretty much the information/screen gets cut off on the app & Website, you can't see the whole screen. Looking at your screen, it seems to show up differently than on mine. Do you think it could be because I'm using a chrombook and the app on an Android phone ?

    Since the Mail Merge App and IMAP and POP only work for paid plans

      Ideally, you will want your entire team on the same email provider for seamless collaboration and security etc.

      Mail lite will work. However, the main difference is storage each user receives. You might need mail premium. Have a look at the pricing options.

    What email client would you recommend for personal email that has its own domain? I just retired as a single practitioner who merely wants a very secure and reliable email client/provider. My last provider did not have sufficient security measures in place to stop hacker from gaining access to my account. Thank you

      I would use Zoho mail or Google Workspace. In terms of security, Google Workspace will be your best bet.

    Why does clicking on Access Zoho Mail open the Admin Console instead of Zoho Mail? Can you tell me how to access Zoho Mail?

      Click on the apps in the right hand side and select the app you want to navigate to.

    Is there a way to integrate the zoho calendar with zoho tasks? So that say a group calendar I wanted to add tasks to, how can I do this so everyone in the shared group calendar can see the tasks in the group calendar if this makes sense?

      Yes you sure can. This is quite straight forward once you have connected these tool.

      @@StewartGauld I've connected the tool but the tasks dont seem to show up on the calendar from the tasks set? Any advice?
