Can you add or edit fields in the "Accounts" tab. For example, can you add/edit one of the data fields to better match data you'd like on file for you accounts?

I was wondering that can you have in the same resource management system all other contacts of a small business - or how would you save the contacts of stakeholders, mentor-like info providers, maybe contacts for a joint webinar, or maybe a guest to a podcast? They are important contacts for your business but not members of your sales funnel.

I would go Zoho or Bitrix24. Depending on your team size you might be able to get away with the free plan.

Hi Stewart! Excellent tutorial! Question: I have need for having a contact with multiple organizations. E.g.: I have a program for school groups and have a high school Choir teacher who is also a girl scout leader and has a church youth group. I need to connect her to all three organizations. Further, manytimes the teacher or coach leaves for another school and I need to disconnect them from their old school and attache them to their role in the new school. Other CRM's do not allow this. Does ZOHO? Any advice? All my respect!

Yes you can use most CRM's for this however, you can use the free software Zapier to connect all your activities together that a simple CRM by itself cannot do.

Great video! But let's say that my client, after using Zoho for a few years, leaves Zoho for an ERP system, because his company grew larger or was bought by a larger one. Can he download all his clients' data in a CSV file (so he can upload it in his new platform)?

I'm not quite sure about your question. If you need to see all information/activity about a deal or contact you will need to open each one.
You can add the fields which you think you will need to see regularly in the list view itself. So you need not open the record instead you can scroll the horizontal scroll bar to view the necessary field info from list view
To add the desired field in the list view, click on “Manage columns” in the list view and add the fields which you need

Hi mate, yes Microsoft 365 is equally as compatible with Zoho as G Suite. We have not put one together, however, you can use Zapier as a tool for free to connect your website and Zoho together the way that you like. We have a Zapier tutorial to give you an idea of how this can work.

Contacts are leads and customers. A contact becomes a lead and then they pass through your sales pipeline and hopefully become a customer (closed deal)

What is the difference between a contact or a lead? What if they just ask you to send them more information?
A lead is someone that you are moving through your pipeline. A contact is not a lead yet. But you can still engage with them via email or other medium.

Hey how do I add users ?
1 - Click on the settings icon at the top-right corner.
2 - Then click 'Admin Panel'.
3- In the new window, Click on 'Users'.
4- Click on 'Add User' and enter the email Address of the recipient you want to add/invite.
5 - Then 'Save' to add/invite users.
