I feel for the M6 owner. All the money in the world spent and stuff still keeps going wrong. My gearbox blew up on me again for the second time and it puts you down to the point you just want to give up. I was close to scrapping my car but close people talked me out of it. All the best to the M6 owner
I was close to giving up this time but the s63 kartel community and tuner and builder all said don’t do it we will all contribute and help bring the car back 🙏

@@aamar1987 ah bugger. I had wmi failure on my ms3 because it was pre TB, so decided to spent money on direct port injection. Different cars but same theory.

@@gord6695 it’s cause of DCT it takes a second to start going, the ZF 8 speed is basically instant as it’s always moving basically.

that m140i is mad! one of my favorite cars on this channel, i love small cars with huge HP, such a sleeper and a nice build, probably costs a fraction of what the other cars do.

On a built engine the piston shouldn't melt. That's some dodgy shit right there

Part of reason why BMW went with the Zf trans in their M cars after the F10 and the F80 F84 M cars. This here shows how even a Hybrid/Big single running the same power puts the DCTs to shame when paired with the right trans.
ZF doing wonders with this Trans. Stupid high tolerance from the factory is nothing short of a miracle in engineering.
Just going to point out, one of the big factors was because the new m3/4’s etc are going to have xdrive, so they can’t use the dct it has to be the zf box.

We have a stage 3 M3 and with ps4s they just don't grip and don't lauch well unless a good burnout is done pre run.

I do find it strange that people decide to mess around with a cars engine to that kind of extent and inevitably blow it up but then ask for help to get it fixed 🧐 I mean what did you think would happen. Surly the lesson here is to buy a M lite and mess with that at least when something does blow up it’s far cheaper to fix.
