How to avoid WATERY scrambled eggs. Milk and Salt?

How to avoid getting water scrambled eggs? People say it is because salting the eggs before, or heating issues. Is the problem milk? why do we even add milk? Find out in the video :)

Gordon Ramsey made English style scrambled eggs but usually we add whole fat milk or soya milk but only about 30 ml. Medium heat stirring constantly, salt AND PEPPER AND CHIVES AND DICED TATTY OR SALMON OR IF YOUR A TYPICAL BRIT COUCH POTATO ADD DICED SPUDS AND ALREADY FRIED ENGLISH SAUSAGE THOSE THAT BURST UNLESS YOU PIERCE THEM THROUGH THE PLASTC SKIN.
( yup in England cheap or what’s now called affordable, ie £4 for a pack of 6 mostly grain and pigs tails, hooves, lungs ears intestines, (( sadly the intestines are ground up and added as ‘meat’ instead of being used as the casing now. Yup in England we are served plastic casing to contain the sausage meat. It’s probably one of the biggest causes of cancer in U.K. )) )
Then there’s the 70-85% fat , white lard fat added to English sausage, they either burst if you fry or grill or they burst if you oven bake, cut them like Eastern European people do ? They still splatter fat, no white lard everywhere.
People are complaining about the unavailable tomato, peppers, avacado etc and how our fruit is mostly rotten on supermarkets shelves but why do the ‘people’ not demand the govt rejoin the European so we have a free market and access to fresh fruit and veg? Oh yeah the ‘people’ refused to believe that our silly little island can’t produce Mediterranean fruits n veg , the people’ focused on saying the Spanish steal our fish. But we bought the veg n fruit dirt cheap for 70 yr , way cheaper than other countries,even European ones.
Why on earth do the uneducated think they know best in U.K.?
