    Excellent simple workouts! You're such a positive influencer; my sister is an exercise physiologist and what you do matches her recommendations. She's always willing to help, but it's also great to be able to count on you. My legs are weak and I really need to make these exercises a life habit. Thank you!

    I’ve been enjoying the videos, especially the seated leg exercises. Sometimes I do them twice in a day, morning & evening) Is that ok? Thinking of adding a different set of exercises, maybe the standing leg exercises. I already have a set of exercises I do for my arms, and shoulders. Need to add some for my beat up back. Thank you so much for doing these. Kris

    I have OA in the hip joint and have very weak glutes, so I’m doing one set several times a day along with a choice of one of your other videos. I used to be really fit doing aerobics and gym work and really miss it. Hopefully, these exercises will give my hip more support so I can get out more. Thanks 🙏

      Great to hear Wayn. You can make it more challenging by skipping the first two exercises and focusing on the last one for the same repetitions! See how you go!

    Bless you man I very glad I found you I’m 57 years old had major back surgery 3 month ago and you exercise moved all my muscles thank you hips love you 😘

    some suggest that you lean forward while pressing down on your feet.....does that make a sifference or no? thanks! i notice you push up on the arm rests.....??

      Yes leaning forward Esther. And yes using arm rests makes it easier. You can progress to not using the arm rests (crossing arms across your chest) as you get stronger.

      I need one more advice
      I am 52 housewife. Too much heaviness in my left knee and paining when I walk severe pain. I can't walk or stand for 10minutes
      Iam doing hamstring stretches little leg exercisr
      I dt want to do knee surgery.
      Pl advice me more exercise for pain free life

      ​@@savithrichandrasekaran6963 The are many factors that could be causing your pain issues. You need a full assessment to determine the cause(s) of your pain. It's best you see a Physiotherapist in person.

      Thank you Dr.
      Already I consulted physio.
      Muscles are too weak and stiffness
      I went six months session. That time I felt better.
      Now after two years pain inctesed
      They advised stretches and strengthening exercise. Doing regularly.
      I can't. Again continue that session not possible.
      Pl. Advice me for particular exercise for knee and hip strengthening. Advance thanks for your sdvice
