Nearly Stalling on the Portland, ME rail grade - CSX PORU led by MEC 511 + Amtrak on 7-28-2022

First, we see Amtrak 686 and 683 at Winnocks Neck Road in Scarborough. Next, we see an interesting PORU at Read Street in Portland, with 2 engines and 50+ cars up the steep grade. The train nearly stalls out. The 'On Track For a Cure' TTX boxcar is also seen near the end of the train. Enjoy!
