Even if the left eye version of Kotoamatsukami had a 1 month, God forbid a 1 day cooldown, it would be number one easily. However, since Obito is able to phase his entire body, including his right eye when using Kamui and since Kamui activates itself automatically without Obito having to do anything, it actually would still reign supreme above Kotoamatsukami and keep it's number 1 spot as the best Mangekyo ability. Short range Kamui is low-key top 3 jutsu in the entire Naruto verse, including things introduced in Boruto and Two Blue Vortex.

susanoo might be able to block ocular genjutsu, as sasuke used it to block infinite tsukuyomi for sakura, kakashi, and naruto
Maybe that because of its maybe apart of sasuke sixpaths power
It might be not all susanoo that has this
@@listmist2370 it's either the effect of six path power + susanoo or just the susanoo, since according to sasuke, naruto isn't immune to infinite tsukuyomi even though he has six path power
@dimensionvisitor7689 that's because Naruto doesn't have the genjutsu type of chakra. As the edo mizukage states genjutsu is usually based on yin chakra. Sasuke was given the yin half of hagaromos six paths powers. So yes, it's because of sasukes specific type of yin chakra that he's channeling through his susano that's stopping infinite tsukuyomi
