  • Today I enhanced the overall stance and aggressive look of my car with a set of BMS Wheel Spacers! 15mm rear & 12mm front! This product is fantastic, the quality, fitment, and overall packaging was phenomenal, and i'm so happy with how much better this car looks. Now i just need to lower it!

    That car would look awesome lowered spacers are nice fit for you as you don't like a harsh ride. I hope they work for you because Burger Motorsports is great at selling just never try to return anything you will see their true colors. So that wheel pin didn't help? Would’ve lowered it first before spacers if it were me, but still cool review video. Are you gonna run springs or coils? If you’re tire height isn’t too bad you could run H&R super sports, that’s what I current have on my F32 and it’s decent ride quality here in Cali

      @@uzzrnoel Actually, I've had a horrible time trying to decide. My issue with Dinan is that their fronts end up with a larger gap than the rear, especially in xi cars (which mine is). The problem with H&R is that they tend to sag too much over time, according to a lot of owner reports in various bimmer forums. I'm pretty sure I'll be going with Dinan though because they do offer a spring spacer to bring the rear up to the same spacing as the fronts if you request it.

      My wheels were staggered. I believe that's how they came from the factory

  • @throker
    @throker Před 3 lety

    I'm curious what effect it had on the aerodynamics. it's definitely gonna interrupt the side slip flow somewhat. Have you noticed instability at high speeds or anything like that? Also does it allow you to run wider tires? Isn't the stock setup is limited to 245's or something like that? Maybe I should add I'm in the process of negotiating for an M235I, also in Estoril blue.

    I mean this is your car but personally the wheel spacers don’t change all that much the look. I also like performance and aesthetic matched... so basically what I’m saying is if spacers aren’t necessary don’t buy em lol

      @Thewinnerscircle_ Před 5 lety +1

      The spacer on the rotor isn’t gonna damage the rotor any more than it is already so what you’re saying doesn’t make much sense. Bottom line, spacers don’t damage rotors

    • @milanrotar8176
      @milanrotar8176 Před 5 lety +1

      Of course not, its not going to make it worse, all I'm saying is since he's got it all apart should've done it then now he's going to have to take apart again when he gets new rotors, I'm guessing he'll probably get those crossdrilled &slotted rotors and slap those in, know what I mean.

    hey i'm wondering if anybody can help me out
    2009 bmw 328xi coupe E92- all of a sudden I get in my car and there's no audio at all ( not even the warning chimes for seatbelt etc )
    Everything is working fine ( I can switch radio, move up and down volume ) but I just have no audio at all
    After 2-3 days of it not working, it randomly all worked when I started up the car, but once I turned it off and turned it back on later in the same day it was all off again
    I don't have any SOS error message ( I saw a video about that loop fix ) so I don't know if I should try that
    My friend who has an E92 as well said he had a similar problem once and it was due to a lot of rain in consecutive days ( which we had here ) but that if you just leave it alone now on dryer days and it should come back ( which it technically did for a moment )
    Just wondering if anybody has encountered something like this and where to start, fuses maybe? amp? thank you

    • @SimplyCarThings
      @SimplyCarThings  Před 5 lety +2

      give the loop fix a shot, it's an $8 piece so worst case you spent $8 for nothing and it fixes most people's no audio issue. if thats not it, then you can diagnose further it may be the amp or some module
