    I found the material in the expanded section too thin. The bolts for the bottle on the seat tube although they were a rounded profile rubbed two holes in the back of the bag. Other than that I've been very happy with it.

    Good through review plus you actually unzipped both sides, unlike other reviews. Those two 'latch' straps, if you didn't already know, were designed to be the 'load bearing' straps. Excellent choice of pump by the way, bought one myself.

    How many velcro straps did you get originally from the initial purchase? I bought the medium and only got 3 velcro straps plus two that locks up. Is this correct?

      I can’t remember 100%. From the video it looks like mine has five Velcro straps and two lock straps. Not sure what the medium size should come with though.

    If you still have this would you mind measuring the length of the extension zip? All the photos for the adverts for it don't show this measurement. I'm planning on using one for an e-bike battery and it would be good if it can go in without having the extension open.

      Not sure what you mean. Do you want the bag measuredfrom the back to the front of the expansion zip?

    • @anthdci
      @anthdci Před 7 lety

      yea please, sorry it hard to explain

    • @jonowinter

      It is 35cm

      Awesome thanks. Ill measure the battery tomorrow, but from the size of the holders it should be 33cm long at the bottom. Its 17.6cm high which hopefully should *just* about fit in.

    Do you think it would fit a standard sized lunch box in there ?

    • @jonowinter
      @jonowinter  Před 7 lety +1

      TheIrishVegan - yes, the width is the limiting factor, 8.5 cm width is pushing it to the limit, 21 x 8.5 x 14 cm fits nicely but the width is the limiting factor.

    What size frame is that on? Trying to figure out if a Large is too big for my bikes.

    • @jonowinter
      @jonowinter  Před 7 lety

      The frame is XL size.

      For my 54cm Road Frame, it is too large. I would say 56cm and up it would be fine.

    • @jonowinter
      @jonowinter  Před 7 lety

      Daniel Steinbach a 54 frame might be pushing it, it would also depend how much room there is at the head tube though.

      Jonathan Winter I did a 3 day ride with the medium one. Loved it and a better solution than the back pack or rear seat packs my friends used. I also used a handlebar pack and a large under saddle bag for tools turbes and such

      They are too expensive. Can always get a lil waterproof saddle bag or bag within this bag. Or even use 3m waterproof spray. Waterproof bags are also a bitch to open most of the time. Literally can't beat this bag for 50 dollars mate 🤙
