    Sir మీరు morning breakfast కి whole eggs,bell pepper తినమని చెప్పినట్టు lunch & dinner లో ఏమీ తినాలి,ఎంత తినాలి అని చెప్పండి.అప్పుడు అని fitness you tube channels ని తలదన్ని మీ channel lead లో ఉంటుంది.TRUST me.2 minutes లో Maggi చేసుకునే జనానికి కొంచం 2 words extend చేసి చెప్పినా వీడియో skip చేస్తారు.అదే మీరు సూటిగా point 2 point what 2 eat,how much 2 eat,when 2 eat అనేది chart ఇచ్చేశారు అంటే మీరు తోపు అయిపోతారు.

    When you speak please give both Veg & Non-veg options which helps vegetarians too. Say for example PFF break fast. Many vegetarians dont eat egg too. What can be the options in this case ?
