Tbh id lrefer Hunters over Stalkers but I also dont fight terminids enough to have a valid opinion
@NotJoeDad Stalkers are objectively worse but they also don't spawn anywhere near as often as Hunters do
@SilverDwarven that makes sense, I normally beeline straight to sub objectives so perhaps that also skews my perspective
They spawn in hordes, jump at you from a mile away and slow you down with their attacks while you’re reloading
Especially when you in the land of the hunters
If you see a scavenger then you know that there gonna be a shit ton of hunter

They are named leapers i believe... Still annoying when mixed in a hoard of 20-30 hunters chasing you all at once but hey they got names too and they'll die the same

@@Mechanica-Ampirio no, there is a different variation of bile spewers that act as fvcking artillery, and they have a little bit extra armor. While they are the same size of regular bile spewers and look similar, they are just bile spewers on crack. They can still spew bile while being able to launch It like a mortar, hence making them annoying little sh!ts

Nope, the fact that it ends in "nids" does not imply that it is related to the tyranids, but rather to the arachnids of starshiptroopers and the zerg do not refer to the tyranids at all XD.
@atreyos9449 well aside from the pretty popular rumour that the entirety of starcraft was supposedly a warhammer 40k game until the deal fell through, I mean cmon, thors look like a dreadnought, marines look like space marines, many zerg look like several tyranid units with changes here and there, and there's obvious similarities between the protoss and aeldari, what with the giant crystal ships and psychic powers and many of them having disdain for humans. I agree with you on the starship troopers inspiration, just wanted to let you know about the whole zerg having nothing to do with the tyranids.

The stalkers are hell but I never encounter more than 4 at a time. If they adjust respawn timer of stalkers it’s game over. Imagine a dozen of those invisible bugs coming at you from the distance

Sad Pouncer noises. Nobody can tell them from a Hunter, even though they have yellow wings, smaller profiles, don't evade your reticle, and are worse because they have a hitscan jump attack that also slows.
