I have a 974. Ran into the same problem with the quick attach. John at Thor attachments really helped me out. The quick attach plate for the 943 fits the 974 and the 975. Well built and great to deal with. I have no affiliation with him but a great experience and product. Can’t say he will charge you the same but I payed around 1,500 with shipping. Hope this helps.
I had a 2010 Cat 252B2 a while back and put some over the tire tracks on it and that thing would go anywhere!
We have thrown around the idea of getting some!
@@redrockfarm3446 if you do, I advise you to spend the money and get the McLaren Maximizers. Best OTT tracks you'll find.
@@woldridgefencing9021 thanks for the advice!
@@redrockfarm3446 and add wheel spacers, give you more room between the tracks and the machine for mud and sticks to fall through.
Wanting to build a Tree / Post Puller this winter.. of course Metal is at Record High. lol How thick is your sqare tube ? I have some I was thinking about using. And also what did you use for the hinge pins on it? Thanks
I am not sure on the tubing it’s pretty heavy stuff. The bottom pin is a 2 inch hitch pin and the top is 1 1/2 hitch pin.
I have same skid steer do you find it overheats lots, does it have a 2 stage radiator fan? Would like to chat on it if possible.
Well to tell ya the truth the temp gauge doesn’t work but it doesn’t get too hot. The fan doesn’t come on very often either
@@redrockfarm3446 if we have the same unit the Hydraulic fan Is always running but do you ever here it speed up noticeably faster like a 2 stage fan? I cannot figure mine out.
@@Canadianduke23 yeah I’ve noticed it has kicked up higher a few times
