But hey, hockey has gone soft, so why not suspend Reaves for a game or 2 for god knows what.

I love how "it's a blindside hit" but one of the comments was good enough to point out he's looking at Reaves before he moves the puck AND decides to skate right into his path and cut him off. Алексей Жуков, not that Wilson didn’t deserve it, but the hit wasn’t clean. Wilson didn’t even have the puck, but when he was skating in, reaves went for the hit. Reaves could have just skated by him. There is nothing about this hit that you could say to make it clean.
