I did a little research. 'The Confession' bar has been in it's current location since about April 2024, so clearly they have relocated from somewhere else in Rabat. It would be interesting to hear more about the bar's history, and the stories that the owner has.
If I have time, then I'd visit there, it's hard to find time to do even the bare minimum that I'd prefer doing in one trip to Malta.
What kind of event was going on at St Paul's Square? What time of the year does it normally take place?
