AI won’t clean the rooms . It will change the booking process but I find that in expensive cities hotels are by a long margin a better option.

It’s so stupid that companies will spend zillions of dollars on “brand building”, but will make enemies out of their most loyal customers, who also happen to be their biggest brand ambassadors, by atrocious customer service.
I loved what Airbnb stood for, but, in practice, it’s a far cry from the aspirational marketing fluff.

It just seems like he is on drugs to me. He always does that nose rub like he has a cold and snot is pouring out. And his smile and bouncing back and forth with nervous energy after he finishes talking is creepy. Plus he is friends with Sam Altman who is also very strange.
