ABOUT VANITY FAIR
Arts and entertainment, business and media, politics, and world affairs-Vanity Fair’s features and exclusive videos capture the people, places, and ideas that define modern culture. - Krátké a kreslené filmy
i could literally watch the entire movie just as the performance capture to see how to actors play out the scenes omg
Same
I hope one day they release a version of the films where it's split down the middle and you can watch both the movie as well as the performance capture side-by-side.
@@twinberettas if they relaeade a full bts people will put it side to side
i wanna see more of the behind the scenes for the performance capture sooooo badly
On CZcams "Avatar - Behind The Scene (Side by Side)"
that Blue Ray is gonna be niiice. Curious to see the deleted scenes too
Sameeee
FlashMaker has a lot of them
Wait for physical release
Omg I gasped when they briefly showed Jamie Flatters as Neteyam. The FACS are astonishing and it's clearly a no-brainer that they will win the Oscar for visual effects --- deservedly so. Bravo to this team of wizards.
Same, I gasped Neteyam 😍💓
i got sooo excited!!
I wish they would make a movie of how the whole movie was made.
The behind the scenes is 3 hours long. That'll be in the Bluray
The younger actors in the movie were the highlight/best part. Especially Bailey Bass and Trinity Jo Li Bliss along with Jamie Flatters, Jack Champion and Britian Dalton
Disagree, the kids were annoying, especially Lo'ak. Neytiri & Jake should have had more screen time...
@@masterjedi5674 well looks like you are not going to like avatar 3 because it’s all about lo’ak and I can’t be more excited about it.
I am still astonished that Lil mosey got no cred for his performance as Rotxo
@@bigmurda2487 Well that sucks, I hated every decision Lo'ak made in the movie, yeah let's focus on a guy who wouldn't listen to his parents, siblings, which led to the death of his brother...The first movie worked so hard to make Jake & Neytiri super important characters, I hated how they were sidelined in the second movie, at least let the whole trilogy be about Jake's story. There are supposed to be 5 Avatar movies, why sideline Jake and Neytiri so early? This is not the move
@@masterjedi5674 wow that really sucks… guess you’ll just have to sit these next movies out 🤷🏻♀️
waiting patiently for avatar to upload the whole bts footage, giving us bite size stuff like this just makes us want more
If anything I loved about The Way of Water and the first films CGI was that the CGI was so well animated that it looked like something we see in real life and for second it looks like something that could actually exist in real life, which what I think made the CGI that believable
I was shocked that this wasn’t nominated for best cinematography. Until I realized, nearly the whole thing is CGI.
Any Oscar contender that isn't getting a video out RIGHT NOW about why they deserve to win is dropping the ball. 😛Nicely timed, Vanity Fair. (Avatar definitely deserves to win.)
The Academy might as well give the Oscar now before the show even happens lol
Avatar 1 and 2 are pretty mediocre movies tho. They are stunningly beautiful to look at
@@chasehedges6775 they're great movies too
@@randomaccount9068 Nah, they’re not. James Cameron just makes them to push his bland and overused environmental messages rather tell a good story with interesting characters
@@chasehedges6775 Wether these movies are mediocre or not is irrelevant.(Personally I don't think they're mediocre).
The OP was probably talking about the Oscars for Best Visual Effects. In which category Avatar 2 is virtually unchallenged.
Yeah it might not win much else but there's literally no chance for any of the other nominees to be considered for best VFX lol, picked the wrong year.
Wow, Sam worthington has improved so much as an actor, that one clip they showed of him was really impressive.

Wanna see the sullys family’s behind the scene sooo badd!
BRITAIN OMG 🥹🥹
❤️
@@Avatar.theWayofWater I love him so much he deserves the world
3:25 OMG
Neteyam 😍💓😻😽
Well done animators. The whole team. There must be a lot of sleepless nights. Hope everyone were well-rewarded.
WE NEED MOREEEE
I need this on 4k Blu-ray
JAMIEEEE
3:11 what scene is this! I really hope they show this animated in an uncut version i wonder what this scene could be about
Me too

Been waiting on this one
I LOOOVEE SEEEING BACKSTAGE
Flippin incredible
This is really informative and interesting
amazing phenomenal insane CANT even comprehend how good this is
Please!! We need a documental
Amazing! Would be amazing to learn how to actually create VFX effects. Maybe I need to go back to university 😂😂
Posted 4 minutes ago and I’m here LOVE AVATAR 💙💙💙
Despite all the groundbreaking VFX, they have more practical sets that Marvel movies.
Fantastic video
It's nice "Visual Effects: The Movie" got a sequel...
I'm a huge fan of avatar their my 1st fav movie ❤
Special effects wizardry
The ending 😧😧
epic shot 1:50
As of 5 Feb 2023. Avatar 2 is the 3rd highest gloss film of all time!
ASOME movie‼️
Very interesting
Has anyone figured out what those two shots are? I'm just curious to know..
Already waiting for Corridor Crew to break this down
Didn't they already do that with the VFX supervisor for the project couple weeks ago?
As of 5 August 2023, Avatar 2 is the third highest glossing film of all time 😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤❤
*Dayumm*
The first one was and is better ❤😂🎉😢😮😅
5:40 Is the Lang's model gham gham styling? 💀💀💀
gangnam style XD
Was environment done in unity or maya?
itll be a crime if this doesnt win the vfx oscar
Heyyyyy
Avatar 2 will win Best VFX, the race is over
Interesting, though , of course, Corridor Crew covers it better!
Why Neteyam and Neytiri got sticker on their suit? 2 dragons sticker on Neteyam & a flower on Neytiri. While other actors dont have that. What does it mean?
It’s probably just random for fun
If the Academy even dares to give the Oscar to anyone else but Avatar 2…it will be one of the biggest travesties in the history of ANY award ceremony.
If Avatar wins, it will be the most deserving Oscar win of the night!
Jack Champion should replace Ezra groomer Miller as the new flash/Barry Allen.
I need more BTS 😭
Please post more bts
I didn’t realize how tiring it is to listen to an Australian accent after 7 minutes
5:00 "This shot of Jake"
*Shows a shot of Lo'ak*
Bruh -_-
Not people and it’s actor and actress
First comment! 🎉
the vfx and cinematograohy were incredible, the movie overall (mostly the script) was a huge dissapointment
Nailed it. I’ll say this: the younger actors were good and delivered great performances and were adorable
One of the most overrated and mediocre films of 2022.
The first Avatar was pretty bad anyways so this not being good either isn’t surprising, tbh
I overall liked the movie but it lacked tension and the soundtrack was forgettable compared to the first film.
@@chasehedges6775 overrated yet you're praising the film everywhere on youtube lmao. What are you smoking dude? lol
Amazing performances and visuals, mid story and characters.
story is great.
I had such a great time with this movie.🥲
