  • Milk Tea I Bubble Milk Tea
    Ingredients
    2 Bags of Black Tea
2 Cup Hot Water (For the black tea)
1 cup Black Tapioca Pearl (sago)
6-7 cups Water (For cooking sago)
1/2 cup Fresh Milk (for each serving cup)
4 Tbsp Sugar (for each serving cup)
    Ice
I'm using 22 oz Clear Disposable Cups with Dome lid
    Procedure
    1. Put 2 bags of black tea in a cup and pour hot water. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
    2. Bring 6-7 cups of water into a boil. Add Black Tapioca Pearl. Stir to avoid it from sticking together. Cook over medium heat. Add water as needed until tapioca is cook and translucent. Drain and wash black tapioca pearl over tap or cold water. Dissolve brown sugar in water and put cooked tapioca pearl to prevent it from sticking together.
    4. In a tall drinking glass or disposable cups put cooked Black tapioca pearl at the bottom of the cup. Add sugar or honey. Then pour brewed black tea. Add fresh milk and mix well. Then add chunks of ice to the milk tea. Put lid on the cup and insert big straw.
    Enjoy!

A way to make the tea taste more better because when i did this i felt like there wasn’t enough tea taste, all you do is instead of doing that hot water cut the tea bag and put in in water and boil it, and then use the net thing and pour the tea in the cup and it filters the tea leaves out. it taste more better that’s how i do it my friend works at boba shop 🧋

If you guys want to ensure your tapioca pearls are fully cooked, just soak about a cup of tapioca pearls (or how much you want)in water over night. Then the next day, boil it in about 1 1/2 cups boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes and BOOM you have tapioca pearls COOKED PROPERLY.

My older sibling used to make it but only with tapioca pearls, brown sugar, milk and whipped cream on the top 😋 but I wanted a different recipe too

Sago and Tapioca are different. Sago is made from Sago plant, tapioca is made from cassava starch. Pareho lang silang bilog, pero kahit sa lasa magkaiba sila. Yung tapioca pearls ay parang bubble gum na may pagkamakunat. Yung sago malambot.

@@enricoebelte5427 hindi pwede idahilan ang nakasanayan. Kung pwede naman itama bakit hindi. Kung pupunta ka sa HongKong or Taiwan na very common ang Milk Tea, pag nagorder ka ng Sago Milk Tea, bibigay sayo yung sago na maliliit. Pag sinabi mong Black Pearl Milk Tea, ang bibigay sayo eh yung kagaya ng nasa video.

We usually let tea sit for 8 minutes, and then sit for another 3 without having the cooker on. I prefer fresh milk over creamer!
