    一起来做椰蓉奶酥面包卷。采用细椰丝来制作内馅。柔软面包包上椰蓉馅,整成可爱的辫子型。烤后,面包金黄膨胀,辫子更明显漂亮,露出椰蓉内馅。新鲜出炉,外层有香酥椰蓉奶酥和杏仁片,内部柔软拉丝的面包。口感很好,满满奶香和椰香味~
    收藏方式:烤好吃最新鲜,彻底放凉收密封塑料带,室温可存留3天,要更久收冰库冷冻,要吃前解冻,用toaster弄热回温。
    Let's make Coconut Streusel Bread Rolls. Use fine Desiccated Coconut to make the fillings. Coconut fillings is wrapped within soft bread, and shaped into cute braid. After baking, bread is golden and expanded, with even more obvious and beautiful braids, revealing the coconut filling. Freshly baked, flaky coconut streusel and almond flakes on the outside, and soft, stringpull bread inside. Good texture, full of milky and coconut flavor~
    Storage Method: Best eaten freshly baked. Let cool completely, store in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature for 3 days, for longer freeze in freezer. Thaw before eating, reheat with toaster.

    128g Lukewarm Milk (below 40C) 温牛奶 (40C以下)
    2.5g Instant Dry Yeast 速溶酵母
    3g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    245g High Protein Flour/Bread Flour 高筋面粉
    4g Salt 盐
    25g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    45g Whole Egg 全蛋液
    25g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油 (软化)
    =Coconut Fillings 椰蓉馅=(5pcs, 37g/pc)
    30g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
    30g Icing Sugar 糖粉
    20g Milk Powder 奶粉
    0.5g Salt 盐
    50g Whole Egg 全蛋液
    60g Desiccated Coconut 干细椰丝
    =Toppings 装饰=
    Whole Eggwash 全蛋液
    Almond Flakes 杏仁片

    What kind of milk powder do you use? If do not have it, does it affect the result?

      I use fernleaf full cream milk powder. Best to use for fragrance

      @@iwen777 thanks for the quick reply. Just wondering if there is a type of milk powder just for baking use? As I don't bake with recipes that call for this ingredients often I don't want to waste the rest of it if not used within the expiry date 😬

    Finally get to try this recipe. I kneaded for about an hour. Is this how long it takes to knead the dough? 😭 First proofing now and it's near 1am 😢

      I knead by hands 15min only, be sure to knead with correct method, also be sure to use high protein flour and yeast that still active ya? Also milk should be Lukewarm only
