- In this video I make my own High End Next Level Dresser and spent less than $200 in materials. I take an old CZcams project of mine and turn it into an updated Modern Dresser for my living room by giving it a complete makeover and adding some Pole Wrap! It looks more modern without the handles. The handles make it look the older style that it originally was. Personally, I’d prefer it without but it’s yours and you need to love looking at it everyday. So, do your thing Kacha and enjoy it xx

Definitely voting for adding hardware....just not sold on the bright, shiny gold. While the paint wash and pole wrap elevated the piece, the gold looks just a tad gaudy to me. Perhaps if they were antiqued/bronzed (different color)...something to mute them a bit, look more upscale.
Also not fond of bright gold hardware on most furniture.

Loved your sense of humor in this video!!Also loved the fact that the piece was finished back to its natural wood look with unique trim work!! You do beautiful pieces with stencils, but this was a very refreshing change up. I liked the dresser without the pulls, however, if you decided to add them I would use something a little more muted as the ones in the video appeared too bright on the natural looking wood.
I love the hardware. It really makes the piece pop.
I prefer this piece in it's more simple minimalist version....without the gold pulls. The gold accent can be a gold lamp or vase or brass ornaments. Either way, it's so nice to see this gorgeous walnut wood back to it's original beauty.
natural wood has been calling me for awhile now.
The best execution of the reeded look on a dresser! I personally feel that the hardware takes away from the simple beauty of the piece.

Without the drawer pulls. They interrupt the sleek, subdued wood tone. Beautiful but calm without the pulls.
Incredible transformation, Kacha! Love the pole wrap idea, instead of cutting and gluing a bunch of wooden dowels individually. I’m in LOVE with this color for the wash. Usually we see washes done it a light color (off white, beige or French linen to look like a white wash), so doing it in a darker color really made that wood grain pop. I was on the fence at first about adding the hardware, but I say keep it. I especially like this style of hardware on MCM pieces. Definitely looks like something that costs $3000.💜

I saw ALL you videos, I'm following your FB and Insta profiles, as well as your blog and over the years you've been such a huge inspiration. I'm "pimping" furniture too, unfortunately only for either personal use or now and then a piece for a good friend. I live in Germany and it would be near to impossible to do this as a fulltime job, as I would have to pay soooooo much taxes, so I just forgot about it. Gorgeous and proof that paint is reversible! The wash is the perfect color! This looks very expensive and luxe. It’s beautiful either way, but it’s for you so I vote for the gold hardware. If it’s Kaćha, it’s gold.🌸
