Bad news for you, SCOTUS may very well end up giving _every_ felon who has served their sentence their 2A rights back. There's a case that is sitting in the 9th circuit right now that is set to do that. If so, it _will_ be appealed to SCOTUS and ACB in particular has signaled her belief that 2A rights should be restored in most cases.
Don't fret too much though, states will still have a say. Cesspools like Florida and Texas will be where all the dangerous felons who get their pew-pews back will end up relocating to because for damn sure places like New York and California won't be having any of that.
