Climate and Culture Survey Results 2024

In March, schools across the district gathered feedback from students, staff and families through our Climate and Culture Survey. This tool has been designed to provide insights into the progress of our schools regarding academics, culture and leadership, which are the three areas of focus for our Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Each building will be sharing their results soon, but first, watch this video about the importance of climate and culture in all our schools, as well as how we use the results to drive positive change.
