Its honestly the best kind of fame. They dint hVe eniugh fans to be stalked and papparazied but the fans that they have are all so loyal.

You kind of have to be. Remember, these people spend hours with each other almost every single day, working together in an extremely cramped and stressful environment that challenges you to the max physically, mentally, and emotionally. Broadway shows have a million talented people to choose from, and they tend to choose the ones that are pleasant/easy to work with whenever possible. If people are awful to each other backstage, or are awful to the fans, it tends to have a negative effect on the show as a whole and can cause it to lose money.
Broadway theatres do their best business when they have shows like Anastasia starring people like Christy Altomare, Derek Klena, John Bolton, etc, people who are not only extremely talented but also extremely sweet and humble and lovable and fun to work with, people who truly embrace the fanbase and go the extra mile for the fans. Christy Altomare, for example, goes live on Instagram during many of her performances when she is hanging out with other people in her dressing room. That's her way of bringing fans into her world. She even highlights stuff she gets from the fans, taking the time to show her appreciation for those gifts. That kind of thing is what has made people really fall in love with her and the show, and it's the reason why that show is still playing and why she is still playing the lead role.
