  • The Accord is a latest in a long-string of popular mid-size sedans from Honda. Newly-updated for 2015, the Accord is more nimble, while maintaining excellent economy (24 city, 34 highway). The Sport edition we’re looking at on this episode of the AutoNation Test Drive is a well-equipped entry-level model with a 2.4-liter 4-liter engine putting out 189-hp. As tested, this 2015 Accord Sport is $24,655 including destination.

    I bought this exact model (down to the color also) one week ago. I have to say, as someone who typically doesn't care for Honda, that this car is a pleasant surprise. It doesn't have many of the high tech features that other cars boast, but it is genuinely fun to drive. I honestly don't need all the latest gadgets, so long as I can play music from my phone. I used to drive only BMWs, and this is almost as fun as my 2002 330ci was. Of course, for the lower price, lower maintenance costs, decent mileage, and good resale value, it was a no-brainer for me.

      Chrash52 a year later how are you liking it? I'm considering a 2015 Accord sport. Did your car come with leather seats? If you added that option on how much?

    I own a 2009 accord ex-l sedan, 5mt. It is fun! Really glad they've given it the 6mt...I think I'll be upgrading. :-)

    Accord has always been sporty even the exl has stiffer suspension than any other sedans in the market.

      @@christianxzowner2958 Nowadays it's a great bargain. You get all of this for around $10-1$2k. However, not having the latest tech in 2021 may be a setback, but overall it's a good car for what it is and its price.

      +Danny D How you liking it so far? I'm getting ready to trade off my Outback soon, between Accord, Legacy, or another Outback.

    • @ssfouryou
      @ssfouryou Před 8 lety

      80srockerable I like if very much. Its got abit more pep than I expected and even the exhaust sounds sporty if you get on it. I am averaging better than advertised, getting a combined 32mpg city/hwy. I bought mine through the internet and negotiated with a few dealers playing them against each other. Mine had the dealer installed stripes and wheel guards and paint protection and I still got it for $20,800. You wont go wrong if you get a 2015 sport. I know the 2016s are coming out but I didn't like the front end as much as the 2015, but that is just my own personal opinion. Hope this helps to you.

      ***** so there's nothing sporty about high end cars that have automatic, like Porches, Ferraris, Lambos, BMW, Audi and MB.. wow I didn't know that. Thanks for your tip.... Idiot.

    • @hondacuransx5575
      @hondacuransx5575 Před 9 lety

      The shifting happends automatically right.. then considered automatic key word there. If it doesn't have a 3rd pedal, it's an automatic.. not a regular automatic but a synchronize transmish.

    • @hondacuransx5575
      @hondacuransx5575 Před 9 lety

      Conduct?? WTF are talking about, is because I wrote 'idiot'? Bitch please!! So fucking sensitive. There is that makes you feel better..

    • @hondacuransx5575
      @hondacuransx5575 Před 9 lety

      Whatever or how ever they do it, its done automatically. Besides any car can be fun, no matter the transmish. As long as you enjoy your car. Hey that's all it matters. So go crazy with a manual, if you into CVTs, regular automatic or high performance automatics with DSG hey go for it. Just have fun and enjoy.
