I decided that I’d live by “I won’t bother you if you don’t bother me.” Occasionally one will get in the house so I use a handheld vacuum to gently collect it. Sometimes it does knock ‘em about a bit, but nothing bad. I take it outside and take it apart and leave it. If the wasp got tossed around, they might need to sit before flying out, but sometimes they walk out and take off. Never been attacked.
I've always been the resident bug remover of my household, with hornets/wasps I just put a bit of honey on my finger and set it next to them, theyll crawl on and can drink the honey as I take them outside. if I'm in a spot without access to honey I just do it barehanded. never been stung if they can see me coming and don't feel threatened, I don't know where the whole mythos of evil wasps comes from honestly, they're pretty chill as long as you don't flail around or swat them

First time handling a bee on bare skin! It was amazing! When I tried to place it onto a plant leaf it refused to go, instead crawling back into my palm, so I let it stay there. Then it took off and flew around me for a few seconds before flying away. 💕💕💕
