I’m not sure why you would presume he was a sex offender just because it said offender? An offender is literally just someone who committed an offence.
I think it’s because they call sex abusers offenders???
@@theresaryan2280 no? an offender is someone who commits an offence. a criminal offence.
I’m pretty sure His not a (S offender) he was in prison because robbed a 95yo for £200. Offender can be anyone who commits a crime
I said the same thing lol the title is misleading, and potentially endangers people lives.. dude maybe in jail but when he gets out.. he’s got a lawsuit ready to get a payout from lol
Police have descretion in the UK as to handcuffs. The standard practice is to handcuff from the front but a suspect who is combative, has a history of resisting, or who is being arrested for a serious crime like murder will usually be handcuffed from behind like the US. In some cases, they don't even use handcuffs (e.g. Little old ladies being arrested for driving under the influence).
additionally uk handcuffs are rigid, so arms crossed in the front one up one down.
He was jailed for robbery.. not anything sexual so this could be considered slanderous and defamation of character.. I’d highly suggest changing the title. “Offender” is simply someone who has committed an offence
Yep, change the title, nobody wants their kid to see that
No there's not a barrier between the arrested person and the police officers in a car. However the police do have police vans with cages in them for those prisoners that are acting out.
Prisoners aren't normally carried in the back of cars, there are dedicated vans for pick ups.
Cuffing behind or to the front is discressionary. Generally, violent offenders are cuffed to the rear. Co-operating offenders, to the front.
A police officer aways has too sit in the back of the police car with the suspect and if they kick off or are know to be dangerous they will get a police van which dose have a cage in the back
No we dont have CCTV on every street in the UK and what we do have in the public domain is 90% of the time there for traffic monitoring by specific dedicated officers. More CCTV is owned by private individuals or businesses and is used on private property as a crime deterrent/evidence. Unless they have the owners cooperation the police need a court issued warrant to even view this footage.
Note carefully how we deal with suspects in UK Not a gun in sight.
This is a misconception police had tasers which are classified as firearms. This means that the british "unarmed bobby " no longer exists.
@@marythomson8537 Tazers very seldom kill, but bullets do ,tazer is a protection weapon for police not a firearm.
An offender in the UK is anyone who has committed any type of crime. You definitely need to change the title of the video.
One thing's certain, he's going to be the best dressed offender going to prison.
Just one small correction. The handcuff position makes it less easy for anyone in the back of a car to attack.
If you grab your own wrists, you'll notice your hands are facing opposite directions. between that position and the fact that the cuffs have a solid middle part that prevent too much movement (it's not flexible like a chain) then it would actually be hard to attack anyone with enough force. you can see that that's how this guy was restrained in the video. you're more likely to break your own wrist trying.
I have police in my family & currently my nephew is a Police Interceptor which is a highly trained traffic cop who can fo high speed chases & TPAC - thats using 3 cars to box in a fleeing car & bring the car to a halt. He often works with the Armed Response teams for anyone suspected of having guns or weapons. If you have any procedure questions, I can usually answer them as my grandad, uncles etc were police officers too when I was a kid
Handcuffing is completely up to the officer you can cuff to the front or the back it would usually depend on their behaviour or the offence they have been arrested for. In London 99% of the time if you are arrested you get transported in a van with a cell in the back
We don't have cctv on every st. On busy streets yes and town centres, but not residential, unless it's a crime hotspot.
and in big cities centres mostly, not in surrounding areas, unless it is a really big city like london, manchester, liverpool, etc.... living near london, i can say city centre and surrounding areas are heavily cctv equipped. on the city i live however, its only city centre and near schools (mostly to get parents parking wrongly to drop off their kids and causing congestion in the roads lol)
@@Marcompam I didn't put city centres coz I assumed I was obvious
@@tobytaylor2154 but not obvious to everyone..... There aren't cameras "everywhere" as he said on the video, it's obvious to who lives in these cities that cameras are in city centres, but not obvious for those that don't have a city with cctv surveillance.
@@Marcompam 🤣, it's obvious to me, so that tells me something about you.
No not at all. An offender is literally someone who has committed an offence that is against the law. 👍
Violent offenders are put in the back of a Paddy wagon which is a secure unit
Back to prison he goes breaking parole.
There are no CCTV in my town no need for it we are all good people.
They send a van with a cell in the back if it is an danger.
The police usually sit in the bavk of the car with ya and if you known for aggression then youll have your hands behind you or theyll call for a van plus look at tue way they cuff him his arms arnt straight and a very awkward way to be cuffed so the hands are not together
they dont put aggresive drunk people in the back of police car they call a cage van out to put them in
I don't think the criminals are as violent in the UK as some in the USA, and like Morgan Freemans Character said in the Movie Lean on Me, if you have cages up, and treat them like animals, that's exactly how they will act, treat them with a bit of dignity and respect, and they might do as they are told, others, need to be treated like wild animals though.
Yes broken parole you get a recall to the prison finish sentence off 💯👍
If you are released from prison early they can put conditions on your release. It could be requiring you to attend meetings with your probation officer, no contacting victims or witnesses from your trial, living at a particular address, not associating with previous criminal associates and all sorts of more specific requirements related to your conviction. If you break the license conditions then they can return your to finish your sentence. Britain's prisons are overcrowded and it is more expensive than being on probation so they try and release people early if they can.
Anybody who is considered aggressive, drunk, etc would have been put in the back of a police van
6:38 there are vans with full cells in the back of them for that
Cctv 😂😂 yeah until you need it 🤯🤯🇬🇧
Stop saying he’s a sex offender you’ll get him shot !!
Offenders don't ride in police cars there's a specific van that's for transporting them not sure but I don't think they transport anyone in the police car xx
It depends on the situation.. if you’re acting up or it’s long distance you’ll get a van.. if you’re being calm.. you’ll simply get put in a car.
I think they wanted him away before anyone could react.
Violent prisoners are cuffed behind their back non violent , in the front. The cuffs over here are brutal, a lot worse than in USA. They do have barriers in the cars
It was nothing to do with sex offences, poor video from you here
Can someone please explain why this bloke is being branded a sex offender ? I’m confused 🫤
Yes he failed his parole
We dont have CCTV everywhere, At least cameras controlled by police. They mainly in shopping areas or where there are pubs and clubs
Criminals are normally put in the back of a police van very rare to see someone in the back of a police car nowadays.
Criminals are often being put in the back of cars
But those cameras allow the cops to arrest people without guns
It's very unusual for them to be put in the back of a police car .it's usually in a cage inside a van
I 100% agree with you on that .
If the person was aggressive and combative, they would be put in a police van, which is contained.
There is a new cop show just started over here weeks ago called sky cops and it is instead of having to wait for police helicopters, they have police drone units. It's been interesting cause instead of a job using twenty officers hunting for someone which could take 2 hours, they have 2 officers on the drone and 5 or 6 on the ground and making use of thermal images to find people in between 5-20 minutes. They also use it for welfare checks for looking for missing kids at the aged. It's been a really good show.
There's not CCTV on most streets but will be in town centres. They're owned ans operated by the police
Yup, anyone in prison can be released early and they're given a literal licence from prison but they can be recalled at any point.
Some licences are temporary so a prisoner can be given a licence to attend a funeral or whatever or an open ended licence ie they can stay out if they behave
They frequently use the wrong handcuff technique on these TV shows (never do palm to palm to the front) but they used front stack which is fine.
Detainee will have a cop sat next to them to prevent them attacking the driver.
Gypsy wedding. Common in the UK.
👋🏻👋🏻 hi just found your chanel today im in the uk 🇬🇧👍🏻. Heard you on one dont get high on your own supply 😂😂. Nwa dope man 🤣👍🏻. Your funny mate and didnt dis the royals on another one 🤦♀️😂👍🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🫶🏻
Thanks for subbing, glad you are enjoying it fam!! 🙏🏽
Love the video,
Wedding or not the groom knew he was on the wrong
Change the title mate. Police vans are used for the badduns.
Change the title? What does that have to do with a Van.
@@DezzReacts
Changing the title may have something to do with folks on here saying that the "offense" was not sexual but it was robbery/theft.
I have seen some comments that speak on the details of the subject in question.
The Van thing may possibly be addressing your concern on this person cuffed in front and placed in a police car w/ no cage/window separator.
@@DezzReactsit’s because your title says (s offended) to be fair to you the clip didn’t give any context to why he had been in prison, there’s little clues 🕵️♂️ like he wouldn’t be invited too a wedding and he definitely wouldn’t be allowed around kids if he was a (Pedo s offended)
Looks like Elsemere Port..
Check out the cuffs they are not movable
so if a person is highly off there face they will call in for a van with a cage , instead of a police car
All in white? Gypsy wedding. Not wishing to engage in any sort of racial stereotyping but...
You seem obsessed with sex offenders. His crime could be anything.
