One of the best storyline ever on a show. This show had probably the best writers for a show...as I recall knots landing had so many good storylines. Miss this Show so much!
I remember this a if it were yesterday......Valene's face, as the car sped off, with her other baby, in slow motion, left me breathless.....Great story telling.
It was such a perfectly crafted story, that on other shows would not have been done as well, nor as sensitively. The magic of this scene cannot be understated….we have an innocent woman about to have her life ripped apart when she learns the truth about her adopted children; The children’s real mother finally discovering her children are alive and seeing their faces for the first time before watching them split apart; the children’s father watching from afar, unaware that he is their father, while his ex wife’s new husband knows all too well; The friends who didn’t believe at first but when the penny finally dropped, they relentlessly searched for the truth; and finally there was the woman who inadvertently caused the children to disappear, but in the end brought their mother to their location as only a mother would do. So many layers, so many questions, so many answers. This was television at its finest.
I love the trvilla fashions for the next two years. I do agree a Bit with Abby now that I am older ..Abby never did say on purpose to take the kids ..!!..XD And am glad that they were reunited with Val...And Gary one day..!!..XD
And just where was Lucy all that time? You'd think she'd been in KL trying to support her parents, plus those twins were her siblings. The writers should've thought about that 🤔🤔
