My father was a malignant narcisist and did everything you mentioned here ..... and more.
He died 15 years ago, and for me, it gets worse every year, as memories of his abuse plus additional realizations (from research I have done), pop into my head and hit me harder each time.
As a constant reminder, his flying monkeys are still everywhere, glaring at me with such hate in the supermarket, because they believed my father's smear campaign against me. I'm 72 now, and it isn't getting any easier. At least I don't have to be his round-the-clock caregiver anymore which I was very good at (his doctors all loved me and told me I was "at the top of my game"), while my father told everyone that I had moved, that I had no phone, that I never called him and that he didn't know where I lived and that he hadn't seen me in over a year. The truth was that I was with him every day, all day, except for when I was doing his shopping. I did everything for him, and was even patient, and constantly nice to him, and that's what I got in return.
Thanks for for the videos.
Be well.
