- This week I talk about my sewing week of finishing my husband's shirt and the struggle with one of the button holes. I also talk about starting my barnyard animals and getting my patterns organized. Also my husband surprised me with a spa day for my birthday!

I love all the fabric for the barn yard animals! So adorable! It seems like you received all the fabric relatively quickly! What an amazing place to have a spa day! A 14th-century castle, oh my goodness! It all sounds amazing! Spa days are so rejuvinating, and the after-effects seem to last for a few days. So lovely! 🌈 😇 👼 You do have a glow and look much lighter! Maybe when the weather improves you will be outdoors more and walking. Yes, I am 67 and retired in May and I certainly don't move around as much as I used. It does get harder with age to exerciae and keep weight lower. All we can do is to keep moving and keep trying our best! See you soon!
Awww thanks for the nice compliments! It was pretty awesome!
I love the cute animal project your making. That’s a smart idea to cut out a clear template for tracing. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much! 😊
I live in the south, so it doesn’t get cold for very long. I’ve made a few cozy things, and have a few more planned, but I’ve been working on dresses and other warm weather things at the same time.
Your farm animals are going to be so cute! I might make those for my toddler at some point.
Your spa day sounds heavenly! What a great gift.
Thanks for responding to my question! I am excited to start sewing them but it will have to wait until I do the livestream next Saturday. That spa day was awesome!
Thank-you for the video. I'm always sewing summer clothes as we live in a climate which is warm all year.
Thanks for answering my question! When we finally move home to Texas I will be doing the same!
