  • Knowing how to shift gear for yourself could be vital in an emergency.
In this brief video, featuring the surprisingly docile Honda Civic Type R, the process is explained in full for drivers who have never used a manual gearbox before. There are useful tips for the inexperienced, such as finding a safe place well away from traffic to practice the art. Plus there’s a combination of graphics and exposition to make sense of it all.

Why do people say there are more automatics in Australia it’s just so annoying I think the percent of automatics is lower then what we think I think it’s about 50% percent manual and 50% percent automatic so half and half and people saying manuals are becoming a lot more harder to get here in Australia when there is so many of them up for sale in car sales Australia and Facebook market it’s so annoying that people pick the easy way out here in Australia picking ease is so overrated all it’s doing is making us fatter and lazy, 14 years of picking the easy way out, man we have been influenced by the USA I wish we where not,

Learn to lift completely without the accelerator on a straight.
Once you got that. The accelerator part will be easy. Wrong info on stalling under 1000 rpms. You can lift smoothly on 400 rpms. Why it stalls? You got lousy clutch footwork. Just relax and keep your footwork precise.
