There are also microbes that consume Biotin. An imbalance in the microbiome between biotin producing and consuming bacteria has been shown to be a causal factor in certain forms of baldness.

You should cover antibiotic allergies like tetracycline. They can be fatal.

Hi, I'm not a doctor, but I am a type 1 diabetic of many years (with a continuous glucose monitor) and a chemical engineer, so I have spent years looking at my blood glucose trying to figure our how to lower it. My advice to you is to try to walk two kilometres every day. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

A few other things to consider.
Long term vegetable and seed oils can be a metabolic issue. The half-life of fats incorporated into your cells is 1-2 years, so can take some time to eliminate.
Another is higher branched chain amino acids, which can cause greater insulin resistance. Body builders use them to "bulk", aka for growth.
Having higher glycine can lower fasting blood sugar, which comes from connective tissues, bones, and skin of animals. Gelatin is high in glycine, and many American diets lack the broths and sauces which contain sufficient levels.
American foods tend to make less use of these animal products as well. If you go to Europe you'll see skin incorporated into sausages, but in the US it can even be illegal.

      Dawn phenomenon
The dawn phenomenon, sometimes called the dawn effect, is an observed increase in blood sugar levels that takes place in the early-morning, often between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m ... your liver is making it as you are probably still insulin resistant... check that with a homa-IR test
