Interesting thanks! I was prescribed Thiamine supplements (I think initially 100mg 3 x day, then 100mg once a day) as I was considered high risk for developing Wernicke-Korsakoff as I was drinking 6 bottles of wine a day.
Been sober for 5 years next month :)
THIAMINE heals nerve damage as well. ❤
@@KoolT That's interesting! I actually have nerve pain/damage in my legs as I have type 3c diabetes...I wonder if taking thiamine again could help?

But B1 grains and nuts is not bio available. Same with vegetables. Not bio available.
