    Wow! Lots of great information. Earlier today I was discussing why I went organic two decades ago with my dad. My whole family thought I was being wasteful. And, now that the Frankensteining of our food has come to light in the mainstream, my extended family has gone organic, too. It’s not enough to eat healthy, you also need to eat clean. And as you said, listen to what our bodies can tolerate. ❤

    Wish I had seen / heard this kind of data so clearly explained 20 years ago!! So easy to understand, and such clarity on all the important parts of our food choices, their challenges and how to make sense of unpacking the sensitivities!!     I figure if I'm going to do anything, I'll do it myself, I have been on CZcams 4 1/2 years, trying to figure how to
    Heal all my health issues. Why many others, does more talking then telling the people what to do.
    I had Acid Reflux; I did everything I was told, years ago from those G.I. doctors who clueless.
    I figured out my own healing and I had been healed for 1 1/2 months ✅ done. I keep tracked of it daily.
    Just like another health issue, I had and went to PT several time, and they couldn't help or even answer
    a simple question. I taught myself how to walk the right way ☑ *done* .
    I just recently found out over 20 family and friends who has Acid Reflux. Now that I know what to do,
    I will recommend some of them , what they might try themselves ( trial and error ) .
    My sister had no idea how to fix her Low Stomach Acid , she's clueless herself.
    I couldn't believe how many people who has Acid Reflux , it must be into the Ten Millions throughout The USA.

      100% I love how proactive you are @debbiec6216. Keep in mind, every body is unique, so there are nuances to each case. But generally, yes, too many people with acid reflux have too little stomach acid, not too much. Thank you so much for watching and sharing! 🙏

    Really great information! Have been feeling super tired all week and my wrist has been having chronic pain off and on. I seem to notice it if I have a whoops and eat sugar or if I eat a once a week slice of pizza or a cookie! Darn it 😂 never knew that GMOs created higher carb content. I generally avoid GMOs but they sneek them into things ;) thank you for the reminder to be mindful and clean up some of my choices that have gotten a little sloppy… 🩷
