The AM-X12 is a seriously capable little buggy and for the price I don't think there is a lot out there that can compare!
MJX got it so right with the Hyper Go range. They are impressive straight out the box and perfect for a beginner wanting some extra power!

Looking to get my 1st RC and this video really helps.
Who doesn't love a good value? Which of these have you driven more than 20 times? Time is often the truest durability test, especially when the gears are plastic or monkey metal. Appreciate your reviews.
i have driven the HBX 16889 way more than 20 times and its super durable! The hyper go and AMX12 have also gotten quite a bit of use and holding up perfectly!
just a heads up you have to buy the am x12 to get the discount, doesnt work on the other truggy models

Thanks just ordered an HBX 16889a Pro with 3 batteries for 175 Australian. Little one and I should love it.
My 3 year old loves her brushed FTX Tracer. I upgraded it to oil filled shocks and its brilliant.
I got the FTX Ramraider for my first Rc and I'm having a blast. Just upgraded the steering servo and it's even better.

Nope. It's LC Racing that won't be around much longer. Rlarrlo is half the price and all the quality of LCR.
I am debating to either get the MJX (16207) or the Amoril ?? Which would be the better option?

Last time I spoke to Joe on Instagram he said work commitments and life has had to come first but they will be making a return in 2023. No idea when or how but im sure they will be back!

Rlaarlo for is the best in this list, but one problem I found that will be ok UK and Asia, but America the rv you mention are not value at all, spare parts need to be buy from banggood and Rlaarlo, that the main problem. I prefer to stick with Traxxas, Arrma and Redcat

BeyondRC, I put my first order in to Banggood for a MJX HyperGO about 1.5 weeks ago. I noticed recently I have an email stating there is a "Delivery delay notification", any idea how long this will take? (I do realize it was going to be awhile coming to the US already, but I'm not trying to wait for months as I'd maybe order something else)

I double on the Rlaarlo. I was hesitant after getting a wltoys 144001 last year which although only 68€, it caused me only heartache. I have spent over 100 additional euros and it has probably only run for 15 batteries all up. In contrast I have the Rlaarlo AM X-12 for a week now and I am blown away. It is fun, fast, relatively "durable" and so much better in terms of quality control. I received it, run it a little bit in the house then stripped it down, greased it up, swapped the pinion gear (with the beautiful adjustable sliding mount), checked and tightened all screws and it has been only smiles ever since.
So if anyone likes the Rlaarlo but is burnt by a terrible WLtoys prior experience, my suggestion is: Go for it because Rlaarlo isn't in the same ballpark.
P.S.
Their customer support is also beyond awesome. Mine arrived with the radio top cover dislodged in the package. I sent them a picture and told them I am willing to snap it back in and test if it works fine and without me even asking (because I was busy running the car with my spare Dumbo RC radio) they issued me a replacement radio.
I burned my engine or Esc they gave me a discount to buy new parts. Be carefull 3s lipo 35C max!
