Yep, you also need to totally change your diet! I've had hypothyroidism since 2015, but just now found out I have Hashimoto's. It's not just taking a pill. Btw my tsh is optimal but my antibodies are raised. Only way to put your antibodies into remission is with diet change. It annoys me that it is not mentioned in the video.

@muslumkaya2727 Hashimoto’s requires some changes in lifestyle so we don’t suffer with too many symptoms. It does not have to be a terrible thing in your life. So many women have this disease and will never know it. I recommend you to do a deep research to get to know the cause and treatment for this disease. We for sure have some challenges to overcome, like easy weight gain, insomnia, low energy, GI disturbances and higher risk for depression. I have adjusted my diet, decreasing a lot of the anti inflammatory foods, special dairy and gluten. I exercise 4x a week and try to get good sleep. Many people live well with Hashimoto’s, don’t be afraid. Instead, use the disease as a reason to create a healthy lifestyle for you as much as possible. I can tell you that I am doing well. I wish you the best of luck.

Changing the dosage may feel better for a few weeks and then it starts all over again...... I know I will Not Be Fine..... This is a frustrating video. I'm glad that she had positive results, but so many people struggle even after they go on replacement hormone. Autoimmune conditions are much more complex than just looking at hormone levels. Once you start to support the immune system and manage inflammation, then you can start to see positive changes.

@@nessieness5433 Hi Nessie, I always think about reducing triggers and using compounds to support immune system function. Triggers most commonly include food sensitivities, poor sleep patterns, emotional stress, and nutritional deficiencies.
