Nice ground and club, i went to Norwich last month as a neutral to see them play Leicester in a midweek league game, really friendly club and a beautiful city to visit too
Those pies with the Norwich city logo on them was super cool to see. Sending love from Misssouri, USA! Hope I can make my way to a Norwich game one day
I worked there for 3 years. My manager Steve was a great man but the sad fact is the club never offered me full-time work so I moved on. Plus the hours were terrible as matchdays were our only guarenteed hours whereas everything else was "when/if we call you you could do X function". Also worked a few shifts in Delia's and it was horrid. Would not reccomend to anyone
To be honest, I’m sad not to see Timo Pookie anymore, but hey, I’ve got a claim to fame. I’ve actually served the man, the myth, the legend that is Teemu Pukki at my till in my retail job. To be honest, it’s been a pleasure when we were able to serve him. And on behalf of me, and my colleagues it was a pleasure and a honour to serve him, come on you canaries!
Pity this once great club is now run for profit rather than success. It turns out you have to spend to get into the premiership and there’s no guarantee that you’ll get a return on your investment. No, much easier to hang around the middle of the championship counting the till receipts. I’m not bitter though.
A premium padded local park bench, but not before their three-course meal; all three components of the local corner shop's meal deal. A glass of bubbly provided, a delicately gorgeous Fosters from the can. Welcome to Ipswich.

Do they still have the rotating scoreboard I’ve only ever gone as an away fan with Southampton and haven’t for a while
Thank you for your kind words and I’m pleased you enjoyed our fine city 😊
I'm glad you enjoyed it! It's nice the team reinvest so much for the fans, makes the actually game a little harder for the lads though haha
@@ShanfredMetalface do you still have the swivelling scoreboard
@umbranocturnis9115 yes they do.
It looks like Delia scanning your ticket!
Na she's in the away end having a scrap 😂😂😂
I came to the comments for this
I love my home football club! Always nice to see a positive video about them. I'm glad you had a good experience. Did you do a longer version of this?

Norwichhhhh this looks great!
It’s a great away day. Friendly fans, good pubs and a beautiful stadium.⭐️🌙
When you say from 190pp…it would also be nice to know what you actually paid for that seat.
Lot of the prices quoted are very reasonable and good value

Norwich is a great city
Ed Sheeran must be devastated to see his beloved Norwich fail to qualify for the promise land as their bitter rivals advanced to the PL.

Ticket women 🔥🔥🔥
I saw you were at Celtic v Athletico Madrid - what a game to be at! When’s the video coming?
₽180 for premium padded seats, paid bar and free food? Not bad. Open bar and I would consider it a bargain. Norwich is in what level of the EFL?
Level 1 of the EFL, known as the Championship, which is actually the second level of the English football pyramid.
Championship, but we are a yo-yo club that (not so much recently) bounce between championship and Premier league

Do Portman road
I have no clue what thsi means
why close the blinds to the box you paid money to be able to spend time in that makes zero sense
Why do the blinds always come down before kick offs?
Because you can't have alcohol in view of a football game
@@danuk9041 uk is so strict and boring
So you wasn't in the let's be hav'in you suite

Don’t make that man go to that shithole
Why do the blinds always get put down?
Because your basically not allowed to promote beer on the tv so you can’t see the bar (which has beer)

£180. Clearly there are certain strata of society, where the cost of living crisis has yet to bite. 😢
Well obviously most people sit in a normal seat instead of the vip treatment
@@HeroX-editZ ....but there is a strata who do not, was my point.
Go 2 chelsea for the next padded seat 💺
