I've been doing CZcams for a year now and have gained 400 subscribers, may not sound like a lot but I'm proud of my small progress. Be consistent and instead of focusing on numbers focus on making the best content you can and the rest will follow eventually! to all my fellow small CZcamsrs, never give up! 🖤

I prefer to watch long form content as I am always looking to learn something...
I prefer long form but I like making shorts. It's actually easier to make shorts when you repurpose long form content. That's mostly how I do it.
And I'm sorry to hear that The Think Media Podcast. I hope you guys reinstate it. Even if you just add it to this channel and just have it as a playlist that you guys display on your channel home page.

Great video, very informative and I love how you explained everything. However, nowadays the easiest way to grow subscribers is to make use of services providing real likes and views. This way it is easy to ramp up your social media presence from the very beginning, and you don't have to wait for a period of time to get popular or something like that.
That's a really good concept if it is true? Do you mind sharing the name of these services since I would like to start posting some content on my channel and this would come in really handy.

My other channels get 5000 to 10,000 views each Short. And they're by no means big channels. In fact, only one of them is monetized. Shorts do help bring subscribers.

I managed to get 4000 hours in about 6 months and 1,000 subs in 13 months. It's been a struggle because CZcams seems to give and take subscribers. Each day I gain subscribers and each day I loose subscribers. My numbers are constantly added and subtracted. If I go up 5 subs an hour later it will go down 3.

I started my CZcams channel about 3 months ago. I have tried to be as consistent as possible. Truth be told there are high and low moments but I just try to enjoy every moment. I don’t dwell on the low subscribers or low watch time. I try to enjoy it because it’s fun for me. Just try to have an open mind and be happy and proud of your hard work. One day it will definitely pay off. Just keep pushing. We keep pushing and we will make it one day. I surely believe. NO QUITTING

Creating a specific video makes sense. I don’t think the clips are going to last long term. I’m actually making photography related content. It doesn’t seem to do as well on Shorts. Whoever cracks that code will do really well.

I got my first 1000 subscribers from one CZcams shorts. I was only 7 months in on CZcams and that shorts only got over 300 thousand views. I was monetized within one year of starting my channel. You are right shorts brings in more subscribers. I only do shorts that are related to my niche.
