- The Rainbow RIver in Dunellon Florida is an amazing place for freediving, snorkeling and scuba diving. The river starts at Rainbow Springs State Park and flows out to the Withlacoochee River. Over 400 million gallons of freshwater flows through the river everyday. Rainbow springs and Rainbow River are a true natural Florida experience and is a must see for anyone interested in Florida Springs.
In this video we freedive to the bottom of the river to find, Gar, Sand boils, sunken trees, boulders, and more. We also explore down a small creek in the woods.
