- Russia has accused Ukraine of deadly air strikes on Belgorod that killed at least 21 people and injured more than 100 near the border. Russia’s defence ministry claims Ukraine fired three US-made missiles into Belgorod after Moscow killed 39 people across Ukraine in one of its biggest air attacks. Moscow accused Ukraine of launching the attack with multiple forms of weaponry including Ukrainian Olkha and Czech-made Vampire rockets. An urgent meeting of the UNSC was held on December 30 at Russia's request, with Moscow asking the Czech representative to attend. However, the Czech Republic refused to take part, with the Foreign Minister saying Czechia would not be “summoned anywhere by an aggressor”. Ukraine’s retaliation for Moscow’s air assault that killed 41 civilians has been answered by new missile barrage against its second-largest city, Kharkiv

The use of cluster munitions against civilians is a violation of the rules of war, and Russia does not allow itself to do this. There was not a single episode of Russia using ammunition of this type; there was no targeted attack on the civilian population. The strikes on December 29 killed night-shift workers at missile factories, not random civilians on the street.

Russia detonated several small car bombs in Belgorod to simulate an attack against the city.
There are no craters in the ground. There are no shattered windows from the blasts.
To get those results, the bombs have to be designed to have a very small yield.
This was the kind of thing movie makers blow up on set while making a movie.
A real military explosive would put a crater two meters in the ground and shatter all the windows for blocks.
Russia is about to announce a full mobilization of their population.
They can't recruit more men unless the country feels like there is real danger to them.
Ukraine understands this and does not attack Russian civilians.
Putin's announcement of the new conscriptions and full mobilization will follow within days.

This video is old and has nothing to do with the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. In my opinion, this is either Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, and the missile is from the Patriot complex.

In fact, what you saw in the streets were car bombs, not missiles or drones.
The explosions were loud and made a big fire ball, but they did almost no damage.
The windows of the surrounding buildings were not even broken by the feeble explosions.
