Happened to us we wondered why flies were around the skip my husband collected them all followed her pulled up in front of her and said you forgot these throwing them at her feet other mums looked at her shocked as she picked them all up
About £ 180 for that skip and the hirer may have wanted the space he filled in for his own bits also he was on private property I would av definitely confronted him unless he asked permission
For the effort he's gone to just to bring it to the skip he could have taken a fucking trip to his local waste centre. I seriously do not understand people like this. Fuck over the people you live with in your community just to save yourself a little bit of time or money. Welcome to Thatcher's England, no community any more everyone is just divided, poor and angry (at things or people the media tell them to be to distract from who is really causing our hardships)

If you can get it in the car you can take it to the tip. You’ve got to be ultra lazy and brave to instead dump it in someone else’s skip, especially in broad daylight.

It was one thing I admired when visiting Northern Ireland, very little fly tipping because you have bins built into the household charge and there is the recycle centres in every town village that is also free to take everything else. no excuses to dump really.
