- Not all crazy ideas are good ones, but every good idea sounds crazy haha. When we decided to head down to Bentonville to get away from the winter in Idaho we had no idea that a historic ice storm was on the horizon! Determined to get some riding and fun times in we headed out with the only other crazies I could round up and hit the trails!

Hope everyone enjoys this one! It was such a fun day, it got me very motivated to do another mega avalanche race in the future haha. For anyone wondering we were running 2.6 tires aired down to about 18/20 psi but other than that everything was completely stock. Huge thanks to Rich, Jared, and Mason for joining in on the fun!!
Riding this snow was so trippy. One thing I wasn’t ready for was how dry my chain was after this day…I went riding and my chain was screaming 😵🤣

Wow, I'd actually done something Rich hadn't -- ride in the snow. It's great because you're so well-padded that wiping out doesn't hurt.

Haha....that looked like a blast. We rode in the snow, but admittedly, it didn't look quite like that....a lot more self-preservation mode engaged! I hope you and April come back to ride for a week or so and get out to the surrounding area trails as well!

Haha yeah it was surprisingly grippy! I think the ice crystals were larger than normal. Rich did great after being so uncertain at first haha!

It was in the high 20s but I had some Arctic gloves from Home Depot haha
