उहाँ लाई कफि को भित्रि कुरा को राम्रो ज्ञान छ भन्ने कि छैन भन्ने । nepali coffee hight 17000 हजार समुर्दि सतह भन्दा माथि फल्ने कफि लाई अरिबका कफि को उन्नत जात भनिन्छ। कफि पनि दुई प्रकार का हुन्छन जुन अरबिका र रूबिस्ता कफि नेपालमा अरबिका को जातमा वायु कफि हो। जस्मा कफिन यानि क्याफे एक दमै राम्रोसँग हुन्छ। अर्मा ले करिब 30 मिनेट को समय सम्म काम गर्छ। यस्को लागि बजार र बाजारि मूल्य राम्रो हुनुपर्छ।
