  • Billy Connolly's parody of J.J. Barrie's 1976 number 1 hit "No Charge". Billy's version reached #24 and was his second hit single, following his version of Tammy Wynette's "D.I.V.O.R.C.E." the previous year.

      Ken Davidson I've seen him live 3 times and listened to him since I wasa kid, that's not Billy. He doesn't do a fake Scottish accent and he's much better than that.

      Jim Bainbridge It is. I've got this single. The B side is called It's No Gotta Name. This does sound a bit speeded up.
      This came out in 1977, two years after his UK number 1, DIVORCE. It was several years after his Solo Concert album from his gigs in Scotland. By the time this single came out, he was massive in the UK.
