Black pepper - ½ tsp
Red chilli - 3
Asafoetida - 1 pc
Grated coconut - ½ cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Tomato - 3
Oil - 1½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Rasam
boiled dal - 2tbsp
Green chilli - 1
Rasam podi - 1½ tbsp
Tamarind - gooseberry size
Turmeric powder - ⅓ tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pc
Tomato - 1
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

hello maami ithumaathri naan (10 yrs before)paruppu thakkali cookerla vechu
thakkali thoolu cooked nozzlela adaithu....cooker veduthu amarkala pattu vittathu.
so betyer to close the center at least with small plate sothat paruppu or thakkali will not pop up to center of nozzle
