    Poricha Kuzhambu / பொரிச்ச குழம்பு
    Ingredients

    Moong Dhall : 200 gms ( Cook and mash keep aside)
    Chow chow: 1 (any watery vegetable can be added instead)
    Carrot : 250 gm
    Brinjal : 100 gm (avoid this, if it is allergetic)
    Potato: 150 gms ( Raw Banana Or sweet potato can be added instead)
    Drumstick : 1
    Butter Beans : 50 gms
    Double Beans : 50 gms
    (Beans & Broader beans can be added)
    [Chop all Vegetables]
    To grind into paste along with roasted ingredients

    Coconut
    Jeera : 1 tspn
    for Roasting

    Oil : 1 tspn
    Long Red Chillies : 4 -5
    Whole Blace pepper : 1 tspn
    To fry and add on Kuzhambu

    Ghee : 2 tspn
    Mustard Seeds : 1 tspn
    Urid Dhall : 1 tspn
    Curry Leaves: as required
    Turmeric Powder : 1 tspn (1/2 tspn while cooking moong dhall & 1/2 tspn for vegetables)
    Salt : as required
