He totally pulled the, "remember if women don't find you handsome they should at least find you handy." off of the Red Green show....... I love it hehehehe
I love that that's funny
Red green comment
Thats what I thought he said
A classic Canadian .
If you can’t fix it, Duct it.
11:40 Pouring gas into a trash can that blocks the fire extinguisher.
Safety Third!
Beside the house sparkalator too.
Dambasses
The extinguisher isn't even blocked, but yeah the gas part was stupid.
Back to knitting now girls.....
Guys that "gas" was not even flammable anymore, relax. You could have thrown a lit match on to that trash can and the deck stain coming out of that tank would have extinguished it.
Glad to see John again, he is a keeper, IMO.
As a Canadian it brought a tear of patriotism to my eye when you quoted the great Red Green ...."Keep your stick on the ice , we're all in this together ." R.G.
Quotes from Vicegrip and Red Green in the same episode. Glad to see you look up to such great men.
"If it ain't broke, you ain't trying"
- - Red Green
Thats a good show!
duct tape , a handymans secret weapon.
@@stevecook7551 If you can't fix it with duct tape , you ain't using enough duct tape .
27:50 probably want to tighten up that top frame bolt
no need, the engine bolt's missing
Can't tighten what isnt there 👀
I noticed that to😂
just wanna say that I've been in a bad way the last few months without a job and stugglin due to the state of things right now and videos like this get me right back into where I should be... thanks for puttin out some funny and educmicational stuff. Much needed right now.
Ike and John at Cars and Cameras would love to get their hands on those ct70's.
My thoughts exactly!
John, the man who is destined to bring the mullet back into mainstream fashion single-handedly. Good to see him back! Edit: 41:00 And it turns out he has the voice of an angel.
ATC Honda - One of the best machines ever made for humanity! Well done Japan!!!
Im loving these longer videos. I'll gladly sit through ads for a 43 minute video that's good.
Thank you junkyard digs and junkyard Mook for quality content
Wouldn't surprise me if John and ike came down to get those trail 70s lol
I thought the same thing when seen them
Right 👍
Pew pew pew pew jj
That is a mullet that has been well fed. Its been feeding on bobs and comb overs for years now. Its so majestic in its natural environment.
Ottumwa, Iowa is where Walter "Radar" O'Reilly is from.
Literally the first thing I thought of when he said it.
Most of the 30 something's will have no clue what you are talking about. LOL
M.A.S.H 4077 to those that have no idea but don't want to look silly and ask....I do miss that show 🤧
That's exactly what I was thinking and who says the 30 somethings will have no idea what you're talking about I'm 28 and have watched the show from beginning to end one of the best shows
I came here looking for this comment.
"Dude, look at that rack." John
Looks like a prime spot for Jenny’s Garage to have a field day.
Yeah if he would actually get out of his own head and make some vids. I love the guy but his need for perfection holds him back.
that guy has some serious skills
Or maybe Cars&Cameras, they've been doing a lot of motorbike stuff
42:19.......John walks out of "a time-rip" from 1984.....
Dug-out a Honda power washer that was literally buried in ground by a barn that was pushed away in mud landslide. Every orifice, even the crankcase was packed full of fine dirt. Partially disassembled it enough to hose it out, dried it with compressed-air, threw it back together, put oil and gas in it and it started and ran, even idled. Mr. Honda knows how to make a motor.
Anyone else drooling at the sight of so many vintage Honda parts at the beginning of the vid?
Bow your heads for the Man's Prayer: "I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess."
Classic!
Remember... keep your stick on the ice.. we're all in this together
One of the greatest lines ever created
The red green show... i love it!
quando omni flunkus moritati
1980's Honda death machines!! YES!!!!
Excellent tip about on the trail quick carb clean. Actually all your carb tips are pure gold.
Thanks for the tip about brake clean eating seals! I got an old mower last summer and used brake clean to clean the carburetor but it looked like it had snuff in it but it was crusty. And a seal was already bad as well as the float. Thanks for all the tips in the videos. They really helped! 👍
I love 3 wheelers and John is freaking awesome!!! How he sticks around!
"We got tired of pull starting it" As they are Pull Starting it behind another 3 wheeler, good video guys..
27:37 I just love watching that screw in the frame on the left of the screen slowly screw itself out from the vibrations lol
All of those Honda's are junkyard gold.
Of course we remember John!! AKA “frog legs”
Dang I would have bought the whole shed, all that's good Honda stuff
I kept hearing, in my head, "In a big country/ dreams stay with you / like a lover's voice/ 'cross a mountainside" I'm positive Big Country were flogging the Honda 125's across some Scots moors.
I’m definitely loving working on these small engines I have a 80 Honda ATC 185 then just got a Honda TRX 200 for free cause they said the motor was seized up so hopefully get the TRX fixed 👍🏽
The phrase is: "Smokes more than an overloaded log truck, on an uphill run." Thake that with a grain of salt. from a Northwest Missouri logger.
I was looking at ur old vids about 3 wheelers before I got the notification for this video
Absolutely appreciate the atv videos. Everybody always does vehicles but very few atv videos. I’m an aspiring atv mechanic so I watch all the videos I can find on these machines. 👍
34:40 Hey! That came from Red Green TV! I loved that guy and still do!
If this isn't the best advertisement to buy Hondas I don't what is.
I always check the the neck on those. I had one that the forks ripped off while I was hauling ass
Those green and gold Honda Trails are awesome!
I sold my 200ES Honda ATC in 2016 to a Wisconsin Vineyard owner. I bought it in 1984 and drove the hell out of it every fall and stored it the rest of the year. It was a little difficult to electric start below 20°F but once started, it would drive fine in most conditions with the exception of deep snow. This was where my 4 wheeler friends would out drive me. I have actually driven my 3 wheeler across beaver ponds and deep rivers. It was sketchy to do this as the back wheels while spinning, still needed to occaisionally bounce off the bottom momentarily to continue slow forward motion. So I was basically doing an underwater wheelie. I once crossed a flooded river and needed a bit more speed with floating front tire, and my feet wedged into the back rack rails, I tried to shift with my hand and my friends said suddenly they saw the bottoms of my boots and the skid plate. I swam to shore dragging my wheeler to dry land, started it and drove it back to the cabin to get dry clothes and to change its oil. There was some water in the oil but it got me home. Very, very reliable. I did put inner tubes in two of the tires in the 32 years I drove it. Bad in deep snow but fun everywhere else.
I loved the 2 fast 2 furious reference john!! Made me bust out laughing "ejecto carberator cuz!"
Sounds like a chain issue like timing chain loose or in the transmission
27:55 - Watching that bolt spin up and to the right of the snapple lid was fun.
"the harsh part about hondas is keeping the darn oil in it, not that it needs its" best junkyard digs quote for honda ever
I would love to buy 2 of those honda trail 70s in a minute..
John Oates is in the video! Where is Daryl Hall?
I can’t go for that.
@@tomtheplummer7322 Funny!
John for the win with the Damnation Alley reference to the apocalypse and coachroaches. !!!!
Props for the Red Green quote as you take it out for the first ride! 👍🏻
i just subed like a couple days agk love the content keep on it
I’ve got a Honda 200m that has been run over and I runs like a dream.
You made a lot of Canadians happy with that quote pal 🇨🇦🙌 keep up the great work!
"After the bombs drop" 😆 Already have two in the four wheel flavor from the early/mid 90's. Still putting in work year after year
Tell Mustie bout this place if the owner is willing!
Shit. Thought it was his place. Lol
if you haven't almost died on a 3 wheeler have you ever really lived?
great video kevin thoses honda three wheelers are alot of fun everyone you find these days have sat for so many yrs but is well worth to fix in the long run wood be awsome to restore some of them to bran spanking new look in the furture if you really wanted to if you can find bran new plastics i miss thoses bikes i forgot how much fun they are we had a 86 i think it was i am not sure but i remeber doing donuts with one and fliped it on its side before got back up and drove away its fun thumbs up and shared
I dig seeing these Honda revivals as I do the same(but not in front of camera lol) with 1970's cb750 sohc motorcycles. You might think about getting into them. Same basic stuff except it's like 4 of those quad engines all in one...4 times the fun, amazement, and satisfaction when they sputter to life and spew mousey mansions out the exhaust after rotting away for 20 or 30 years
Since you're there bro you should drop in and see how radar O'Reilly and his mother are doing 😋😋
That's literally the only reason anyone knows about that town haha.
@@jamieh4148 really, I thought it was a village 😋😋
Cool your into nitro or rc cars
@@matthewstone7038 I'm into both, but I love 1/8th scale big block nitro rc 😎
John looks like his dad is Ron Jeremy.
😂🤣
well......... he might be :'D
Thank you for the Red Green Show Reference. lol loved that show as a kit.
The first time I saw John was the raceway video and was lamenting having had to cut off his mullet. And now he's back and it is glorious.
Who is John, that looks to be like Gallagher I'm just waiting for him to bring out his sledgeomatic.
John does look EXACTLY like a young Gallagher!!!
The red green show least we all come from humble beginnings
Piles of classic Honda stuff there, including some nice mini-bikes! (although I notice very few engines among them)
Interesting blower-motor mounted on a mower deck he has in there, for clearing leaves maybe?? Good fun!
That 200 looks like something out of Judge Dredd! I love those old Honda 3 wheelers and Quads, over here in England they weren't as popular as they are in the US so they still cost silly money when you can find them. Back in the '90s I used to race quads and the Honda 125 baby quad I had was the most fun. Shame my joints didn't agree!
WHAT?? NO MASKS??
I like these normal people.
It's so nice to see people who understand you can't strain a gnat with a chain link fence, isn't it?
I've never been this early to the show before-!
Ik same it feels weird
Me either!
Hooray for you
Gotta love all the Rock Auto magnets on the garage door!😎😏
man, i need to say this to you
your respect that you have to take out the things that are piled its really amazing, this is rare
a lot of things that look trash for one people, may not be for others
its really nice that you have this atitude, and dont throw away just like the other people usualy do
sorry the bad english
you vids are amazing
Did mook grow a mustache?
Home of Radar O'reilly
Radarrrrrrrrrr
Yes cornial potter sir
Get me my bc headache powder
@Turd Ferguson oh oh r'eilys,... auto parts
I know nnnnnothing! Or was that another guy?
@@nybergsgarage Different show, different war and different army lol
That was Sgt Shultz on Hogan's Heroes
@@thornydig i know. I love both shows. Just being funny.
Hi Kevin and Mook. Just started watching the video. This image of a junkyard digs logo on my old f 150 just popped into my head. How about adding some stencils to your store. Just the kind you can use to paint or stick on. They could be rolled up in a tube. Make the tube cool and we will find a use for it too. Have a great day.
Congratulations on 500k! Keep the videos coming.👍🏻👍🏻
Ottumwa, the armpit of Iowa. ( I'm from there so I can say that)
bruh, I was thinking about buying a three wheeler. You’re a mind reader lmao
buy a 4 wheeler instead honestly.
Good stuff!! These Honda ATCs are amazing.
Great work guys. Something different from your usual subjects but never the less it made great content. Thanks for all you do.
Was Radar O'Reilly the seller ? 😊 Old persons joke. 😉
Radar was from Titonka, IA.
@@robertkoons1154 Not in the tv show. I've never read the book.
May be a discontinuity in script -multiple home towns(. G Burghoff was Grand Marshal at Titonka centennial parade. Ottumwa is huge compared to Titonka.
@@robertkoons1154 Sigh.....mash.fandom.com/wiki/Walter_"Radar"_O'Reilly - I'm not gonna reply after this.
I understood that joke. I guess I'm old! Sigh. Old at 20 years...😄
There is nothing worse than pushing a 3wheeler. Nothing.
Pushing it off from laying on top of me after the crash was pretty tough too, hahaha
Been there.
push it backwards if you have to cover some ground or stand it up grab the bars put one foot on the grab bar and ride it like a scooter then when you have to turn manhandle it left or right
Love these little small engine revivals
Yesssss I missed John, he is such a good compliment to Kevin’s sense of humor! I just wish we could see more of Luke on the channel
Ottumwa Iowa why don't you see radar O'Reilly that's where he's from
i was going to say that to
Has anyone told John he looks like the comedian Gallagher . If you don’t know who he is he would smash item with a large wooden mallet. He called it sledge automatic.
A slege-o-matic is what Gallagher called it.
We got tired of pull starting it with our arms so we decided to pull start it....With the other 3 wheeler.
Nice cream Lincoln Mark V in the background of the outdoor pull starting. My first car was a 1978 Mark V and I'm still keeping it alive.
Love the 3 wheeler videos. I had a 110, 185, and a big red growing up. Brings bad some memories workin on those carbs!
Gotta love a honda three wheeler!!! Awesome video. Have several my self!!!
As one of your
Quadrajet hating fans .. you and Mook carry on...proud of you both
I have one of those Trail 110's(1981)! Mine still has the motor and the seat is still perfect lol. I plan on getting her running again when I get some time.
A quick cheap fix I've learned when the bowl seals crap out is put some seal all on top of the old seals. Saved me $200 in carb rebuild kits on my bike and hasn't leaked 2 years later
Loved the Red Green reference at 34:41 😂😂👍👍
One junkyard insults the other junkyards personality. Junkyard digs.
I enjoyed youse guys playing around with what is acknowledge as the most dangerous three wheeler's in the world.. they were banned here in Cali in the 90's. the accident rate was so high among younger riders that they had to. I enjoyed your and Mook's series where you went out to
Arizona to try to rescue the Bronco. It just goes to show that rust free isn't all it's cracked up to be. the engine rebuild should be easy for you as the small block Ford is one the easiest engines to work on. and they are built Ford tough. I have built tons of them 289, 302, 351w and 351c a lot of them for racecars. I have also built lots of sbc race engines and the Fords outlasted them 5 to 1. good luck with your future endevours and I will watch and reminisce.
Digging the sick puppy decal on the tool box
@29:20 Gotta love the nut spinning on its own, just left of the bottle cap. :D
John's mullet is taking me back to my headbanger days of the 80's. Business in the front and party in the back.
good fun to see you working on mikuni 's that we have at home here in europe. simple straight forward and cheap parts a plenty.
oh and as you know....honda's that have no real big block issues will almost always start up again after the normal air spark fuel checks. as long as hte lubrication was nt dreadfully screwed it s pretty much fail proof. these little block are wonderfull.
Looking forward to some updates on the Ford Bronco project, that was an interesting series a lot of work to get it to the point you did.
34:41 yes! The classic Red Green quote
They are Hondas for sure. I swamped my 1987 xl250r in a giant mud hole so I shut it off right away. Well when I got home I just changed the oil till it was clean and it fired right up. 😁
Holy man that brings back memories! I won that year 125 in a local radio station contest. So much fun. Once you got the hang of them they weren't THAT dangerous😁
Three wheelers are not that dangerous when you Pay attention and don't be stupid
@@hunterpowers1829 Agreed. I drove it for years without an incident. But I let my stupid non careful soon to be exfriend have a go and it took him 14 seconds to do everything I told him not to do and roll the damned thing. He wasn't hurt at all but I couldn't say the same for the trike. The exfriend thing happened when he didn't even offer to pay for the parts to repair and avoided me.
"What a machine" is Kevin's "WHAT A MANOUVER!" (Vince McMahon)
Also, great Red Green reference!
