Really nice logo loved it ❤️ and yes Arabic letters have a little different settings to work with in the illustrator and these programs in general ,so that’s totally fine, you did a great job!
Thank you for admitting your mistake. Now, please go and educate yourself about orientalism and its connection to colonialism (this is a must to really understand how significant could be such a mistake) and then about the Arabic language if you are interested.

5:00 yeah it is arabic but it's not typed correctly, arabic is that kind of languages that each letter in the same word is connected some how deppending on varius conditions so if the creator of middel eats edits his logo a littel bit the logo will be complet

Is Luka Paterson your brother? You really sound like him and the way you say walla in your videos he does the same.
For the "Middle Eats" logo, It's Arabic and it should be Written as following "مطبخ عربي". As typing orientation needs to be updated from the program's settings in order to be written correctly.
I think the designer already left a comment saying they were aware of the mistake, but thanks for correcting it for them! Just goes to show it's important to get your work checked :D

Does anyone know whether or not your ideas/logo can be taken if you post your logo on the subreddit. I want to post mine, but it’s something i am going to make in real life so I was wondering if they can just take your name or something or if it’s 100% safe.
You run the risk of people taking your work (either directly or indirectly) when you publish it online, if you're not 100% sure you want to make it public if you're wanting to use it at a later date for a specific project then it might be better to wait until it's already in use or upload a different logo if you still want to take part :)

4:56 arabic not supported going left to right!
A note about the "Middle east" logo the following Arabic typo was completely wrong and messed up, My eyes hurts sm after witnessed it ! Bro at least try to fix the typo by using the PHOTOGRAPH feature or you better don't embarrass yourself ! And this exactly how i handle things myself the correct output should be like this : مطبخ عربي
In the middle eats logo the Arabic words are incorrect just in case the one who made it saw my comment
The correct one ( طعام عربي)
