    I'm very, very astonished.
This lady was one of the first hostages, who came back. I saw the interview, she had directly by coming out of the car from Hamas, sitting in a wheelchair.
The Hamas people and she celebrated a friendly good bye. And exactly this lady described her experience being a hostage.
First she told , how friendly and respectful she was treated.
That in the very first beginning one of the Hamas told her, that she must not be afraid, that nothing bad would happen to her. Because we are Muslims, she told, the young man had spoken to her
And how good she felt after this. Then she described, that everybody had the same food, and that the Hamas shared every food with the hostages.
Her daughter was standing besides her and translated the mothers words into understandable English.
At the end of this video the Red Cross People took her. Later was reported, that the family had problems with people from the state. And again later you could read, that Israel doesn't want the hostages to be interviewed.
    And now??
In her very first interview it was important for her to describe, that she had everything she needed. That the women got everything they needed to clean their body . And they were given everything for women's hygiene.
And the goodbye between her and the Hamas people was relaxed and friendly.
    And now??
    This is strange for me.
I will compare the date of the first interview with this one.

Everything you say is correct and superbly outlined. I followed the interview. I am surprised myself that she is thinking differently now. I don’t remember she’d said something about a tunnel in the first interview. Maybe she thinks that if she says what she is told to say, this will bring her her husband faster. Or it was simply the case of an Oslo Syndrome cured. She got close to her kidnappers, but she is tired and has been through a lot at her age, and she is now free and safe. Her mind may choose to distance herself with her kidnappers, no matter how well treated she was.

My heart breaks for this family and all of the families of those held captive. That is exactly the goal of terrorists, to force us to give in and meet their demands. Giving in to their demands then encourages further kidnapping because the terrorists see that they get what they want from doing it. It’s a no win situation.

What a foolish comment. Israel has kidnapped over 1000 Palestinians and imprisons them for years without charges! …. Palestinians live under brutal military occupation and they suffer mentally and physically! They have a right to rebel!

That’s the problem. Jewish can’t reach the Father with their prayers because they reject his son. Same with Palestinians. They don’t belief Jesus is Gods own son sent to save people from sin and its eventual eternal outcome.
All this would never have happened if the love of God was in them. Hamas is to blame for starting this war.
      Keep praying for peace.
