    My take trying to make a comeback to jumping at age 29: Stick to the jumping comeback! Much more impressive as an early 30-er. Distance running is much less age-dependent, you can always still do that!

    Fax once more 💯 i suggest you try doing some jumpshot first in your warmups like, it gets your knees and body coordination set, not just jump
