2. I do not publish on youtube the stories of the families we reach w/o a signed release agreement and parental/guardian consent.
The release agreement gives me a permission to publish their stories on youtube.
3. Business, personal and GoFundMe fundraiser accounts: All the funds, contributions, sources of income and other monetary sources that go into my accounts are being reported to the taxman. My bank also reports to the taxman every year, by the end of the year, FYI.
There's a Certified Public Accountant who does the accounting and auditing of my accounts.
The Certified Public Accountant reports to the taxman.
4. You don't need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution to give help to people in the Philippines.
Reaching and giving help to people in the Philippines is not illegal.
There's no law that states, that you need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution first, before you are able to give help to people legally.
5. GoFundMe checks the fundraiser account from time to time.
They sometimes ask for verification and validation.
The reason why I upload films/videos about poverty in the Philippines is to spread social awareness.
To combat economic inequality, social injustice, oppression, repression, abuse and exploitation:
1st: We have to be aware.
2nd: We should pay attention.
3rd: We are ought to do something about it.
We as Filipinos and citizens of this planet should not turn a blind eye, not to play deaf and not to pretend mute.
We as human beings have a responsibility to give care and to show compassion to others.
We as citizens have a great responsibility to safeguard our ball of genuine democracy.
We as citizens have a responsibility to fight tyranny and corruption.
A documentary film/video like this one is very important, because it opens our eyes to the unjust societal reality.
How could we turn a blind eye on social injustice and huge economic inequality?

When I was with the US Army Infantry I've seen a lot of Filipino working on base. They would ask if I was Filipino but I would the them I'm Thai/Lao/Viet mix's but a lot of them would tell me I look Filipino and ask for my military ID at the PX on base.

Many Filipina domestic maids were abandoned by their Indian, Bangala and Pakistani foreign construction worker boyfriends when they got impregnated here in Singapore. In Singapore, there's a law that every domestic worker had to undergo a checkup and if they are found to be pregnant, will be deported back to their home country to give birth to prevent them from claiming Singapore citizenship for their babies. Thereafter they can apply to come back to Singapore to work again. Many of these maids were married and were also abandoned by their Filipino husbands when the husbands found out that their wives committed adultery and got impregnated by their boyfriends in Singapore.

Don't you know a large number of Filipino men are adulterers ?? Many Filipina maids who come to Singapore to work have husbands who abandoned them for another Filipina girl in the Philippines. That's why many of them have Indian, Bangala, Pakistani, even Chinese, Japanese, Korean boyfriends in Singapore. My maid's husband abandoned her for another Filipina. She is just 25 years old with 2 kids from Iloilo, Visayas, Philippines. She told me many Filipino men are useless, smoke, drink, gamble, womanizer, lazy, depend on their wives for money. She prefers a Chinese boyfriend. Now she has a Chinese Singaporean boyfriend. And I'm Chinese Singaporean but I'm not her boyfriend. I'm already 70 years old.

It took only a decade or so to undermine the Filipino moral integrity when some idiots decided to get rid of Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMnRC) as part of our curriculum. What more, they pooled into one subject what was supposed to be separate courses and that includes Social Studies, Filipiniana/Pilipino, etc. the result? Kulelat sa ano mang bagay. As if that was not enough, inalis na din ang catechism sa public schools. Seminarians used to go to public schools once a week. That was the only chance if students receiving catechism. Ngayon, wala ng alam sa kanilang Catholic faith wala pa ring alam sa moral values, unless their parents are educated and are strong in their moral values. Dapat ibalik lahat ng tinanggal na subjects. Hindi man natin mapantayan ang wisdom at virtues ng Cambodians, at least hindi tayo magiging rude without our knowing it. Kadalasan, it’s just lack of self awareness. Early this year, 2 Filipinas were killed by their bosses in Kuwait.
1 Filipina was killed and her body was burnt by the son of her boss. The other Filipina was killed and her body was thrown in Kuwaiti desert.
