Apollo you should do a custom scenario where there are 2 armies on 4. The 2 armies (whether factions don’t matter) are heavily outnumbered and they have to hold out until a third army 100% cavalry comes in like Rohan and saves the day. On Rome 2 of course

For the OGs it was "defenders never win".
For the new comers it became "Romans never win".
But today, with this JUICY battle, a new glorious rule is born: "Defending Romans never win"!

Remember guys cav isn’t useless when they’re depleted. I once had a unit of 9 men get about 50 kills without taking a single loss.

Pierre Le Lay yo dude I’m the one who just played that one hour long battle with you a little while ago. I just watched the replay you did great. If macedon just flanked the guys fighting you instead of squeezing through to get archers or trying to hopelessly fight cav with deprleted units, you probably could’ve won
I was the Egyptian player, the moment you charged the archers I was thinking "ok, it's over" - it was a really good move.

I think the better thing to do here was to charge the archers because in Rome II, archers so destructive, and they need to be destroyed ASAP, especially in siege battles ^^

That was such a amazing battle! Not often is it usually this close and the sender actually loses making this unexpected. It was so back and forth and butt clenching

I love Apollo and how he goes through these phases of Total War. So any predictions on what the next total war phase he'll go through? I found his channel during vanilla Napoleon phase some years ago and he has been through a lot and im loving Rome II but also excited to see other titles.

While they may not be the best faction in Rome II I'd love to see a triple Sparta defensive team. Obviously their range and mobility units will be their biggest weaknesses, but what would they excel at?
